A message from the founder

This is personal. It changed me.

My name is Michael, and I have schizophrenia. I was diagnosed while traveling, after facing many disastrous consequences of not knowing what was happening in my mind.

I finally came to terms with the fact that my mind was not like other people's, and that I had to find ways to work with my thoughts and choose better, more positive thoughts despite hallucinations and delusions.

I created SelfTalk for myself because it helps me cope with daily stressors and deal with negativity. It helps me believe the world is a beautiful place and that I can do anything.

The difference it made in my life felt special, and I believed it could help a lot of people. That is why I am releasing SelfTalk to the world.

I hope you enjoy. Michael
